REMARKS.—Upon some of the Invoices which have come out to this Colony, 50 per cent. more or less, has been in many instances laid on the original Invoices — there are what are commonly called "salt-water Invoices." In stating the above prices, the Invoices are supposed to be original. — However, there are many articles imported to this Colony which bring 100 per cent. on the original Invoice.
