Tapioca Pudding (1890)


TAPIOCA PUDDING.

Half a cup of tapioca soaked in one pint of milk for three hours, add five beaten eggs, one pint of milk, half a cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, a small piece of butter: bake for half an hour.
