Cinnamon Buns (1890)


CINNAMON BUNS.

When making bread, reserve a quart of the dough, and work into it a teacupful of sugar and two tablespoonfuls of butter; roll half an inch thick; cut out with a tumbler, and strew the top thickly with sugar and cinnamon. When light, bake in a quick oven.
