Alexander M'Farlane, holding a ticket-of-leave, was charged with a similar accusation, ordered to pay 5s. to the poor.
Gamaliel Farell, 14 years, a Sydney blade, attached to the Barracks there, having been apprehended after 8 o'clock at night, without a pass, was ordered to be returned whence he came.
