Thomas Delley for Sheep stealing at Hamilton; the property of G. W. Cartwright Esq.— Not Guilty.

David Moses assaulting D. C. Watkins in the execution of his duty on the New Wharf.— Not Guilty.

John Holdsworth for stealing a fowl — Guilty 7 years.

John Sharpe and William King for stealing from on board the Charlotte schooner a quantity of flour, canvas, and other articles. — Not Guilty.

Thomas Wilks for stealing a dog chain the property of Mr. E. Weavill of Brighton — Guilty 7 years.

Benjimin Sharpless for stealing a quantity of caraway seeds from Mr. Moses of Elizabeth street.— Not Guilty.

Joseph Smith for stealing a feather bed &c. — Not Guilty. — admonished to be more careful in future.

William Dodd for stealing 4lbs of lead the property of Mr. Harbottle of Elizabeth street.— Guilty. — Two years imprisonment.

Thomas Kelly for stealing a wool matrass [sic] from Mr. H. Baynton's house in Brisbane street . — Guilty 7 years.

William Rich for stealing a table cover from Mr. O'Hara of Liverbool street. Guilty. 7 years.

John Sullivan for obtaining clothes to the amount of £15 from Mr. C. Smith, tailor of Elizabeth street, representing himself as Mr. Mansfield of Browns River. Guilty 7 years.

James Drummond for cattle stealing — remanded until next sessions at his own request.
