Police Life-Savers - Awards Secured by Constables
The members of the police life-saving class of which Sergeant Frazer is the head, were examined by Mr. G. H. Williams, secretary of the Royal Life Saving Society, at the Coogee Aquarium Baths. Awards were secured by constables as follows: -
