NSW Yearly Leases of Land - Hunter, Westmoreland, Brisbane County, Northumberland and Durham - 31st December 1832

YEARLY LEASES OF LAND. 

IN conformity with the 24th and following paragraphs of the Government Order of the 1st August, 1831, No. 22, the Collector of Internal Revenue will put up to AUCTION, at the Police Office, Sydney, at 12 o'Clock, of Friday, the 8th day of February next, the LEASE of the undermentioned LOTS of LAND, for one year, commencing 1st March, 1833. 

The Lease of each Lot will be put up at the rate of twenty shillings per Section of six hundred and forty Acres, for the year; and the highest bidder of that sum, or more (if free), will be accepted as the Tenant. 

It is to be distinctly understood, that the Lands so let (with the exception of the Reserves), will continue open for purchase; and, in the event of their being sold, they must be surrendered by the Lessee upon one month's notice. 

Farther particulars respecting the Land may be obtained from the Surveyor General, and respecting the Conditions from the Collector of Internal Revenue. 

1. HUNTER, 3200, Three thousand two hundred Acres, Parish of Hunter; bounded on the North by Andrew Doyle's 640 Acres by the River Hunter, and by the Reverend John Macgarvie's 640 Acres; on the West by the Town Reserve; on the East by Cyras Doyle's 980 Acres; and on the South by a line to include the quantity. 2. WESTMORELAND, 1280, Twelve hundred and eighty Acres, near Campbell's River; two Sections situated about 3 miles East of Mr. Thomas Arkell's purchase of 1000 Acres on Campbell's River; and bounded on the West by a Creek known as Davis' Creek; and on the North by Lot 3; and to extend 1 mile South and 2 miles East.
