DEEDS OF GRANT.
TITLE DEEDS of the undermentioned TOWN ALLOTMENTS, and Lands Purchased from the Crown, have been this day transmitted to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, in order that, when duly enrolled, they may be forwarded, through the Surveyor General, to the Collector of Internal Revenue, for the purpose of being delivered to the respective parties, upon payment of the fees prescribed by the Government Notice of the 9th instant, and any arrears of quit rent which may be due thereon, viz:
William Brutus Lea, five perches, Sydney. Quit rent 2s. 6d. commencing 1st July 1831.
Edward Carlton Atkinson, two roods, Parish Seaham, County Durham. Quit rent 1l. 6s. 8d. commencing 1st July 1830.
Francis Forbes, one hundred and thirty acres, County Cook. Quit rent one peppercorn.
Paul Huon, one thousand acres, County Argyle. Quit rent 1l. commencing 7th May 1828.
